Communication

It is our goal to help all students become responsible students.  Therefore, we urge you to be aware of our communication guidelines.

• As a courtesy to parents, a weekly newsletter will be emailed home to communicate information about special events, calendar reminders, and other timely activities that involve students and families. Parents,  please make sure that you have provided your current email address in Aeries. These newsletters can also be found on the VVMS website.
• AERIES is a great tool for parents to use to keep track of student grades and progress in school.  
• Deliveries of materials, homework, PE clothes, messages, or lunch/money will not be made as it is a disruption to the instructional process.   However, students may pick up items in the Main Office.  
• To avoid unnecessary stress, students should communicate with parents prior to coming to school regarding transportation home and other needs.  Students should come to the office to contact parents and not try to text a parent without coming to the office.
